Once you reach out, the process starts with a consultation about your venue, palette, and the feeling you’re going for. From there we send a fully itemized proposal, and once it’s approved, design details firm up as your date gets closer, usually six to eight weeks out once your guest count is final. Booking early doesn’t lock you into specifics right away, it just means we have more room to plan around what’s genuinely in season for your date.
Coming into that first consultation with a loose sense of your palette or a few reference photos speeds things along, though it isn’t required. What matters more is having your venue and guest count roughly settled, since both shape what’s realistic for your proposal. If either is still in flux, we can still meet and talk through options in general terms while you finalize the details. If your wedding is closer than a year out, reach out anyway, we take on shorter timelines when our calendar allows. Start planning your Colorado wedding whenever you’re ready.
